Here’s Our Eating and Exercise Quiz
I’m sure you’ve been waiting on tenterhooks all week to take this quiz. So let’s get to it! Simply choose one answer for each of the 10 questions below and follow the instructions at the end of the quiz to identify your CHANGE-STEP. As I recommended last week, you might want to take it twice … first to identify your eating behaviors and second … your feelings about exercise.
1. I would feel healthier if I changed the way I ate (or exercised).
A. I feel fine right now.
B. I don’t feel well and it may have to do with the way I eat (or exercise).
C. I’ve read up on eating (or exercise) changes and might do some in a few months.
D. I’m trying to change the way I eat (or exercise) and having some success with it.
E. I’m so happy I changed the way I ate (or exercised) because I feel great!
2. I don’t have time to change the way I eat (or exercise).
A. I’m fine the way I am.
B. I’m too busy to do anything else right now but I’m kind of interested.

1 point for every “A”.
2 points for every “B”
3 points for every “C”
4 points for every “D”
5 points for every “E”
And here’s the way you determine your CHANGE-STEP. If your score is:
10 … you’re FROZEN!
11-20 … you’re THAWING
21-32 … you’re WARMING
33-40 … you’re MOVING
41-49 … you’re FLOWING
50 … you’re FREE!
