Love wings? These are ultra-easy, super-delicious, and extra-crispy from the air fryer. Coat them with one of 3 Paleo-friendly sauces for appetizers, tailgating, or a kid-pleasing dinner.

For the Wings:
 2 lbs chicken wings
 1 tbsp baking powder
 salt and pepper to taste
Garlic Parmesan Wings:
 ¼ cup butter
3 cloves garlic, minced or microplaned
½ cup grated parmesan cheese (I use Follow Your Heart plant-based parmesan)
 1 tsp garlic powder
 ½ tsp salt
 ¼ tsp black pepper
1 tsp red pepper flakes or to taste
 2 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
Buffalo Wings:
 ¼ cup butter
 ½ cup hot sauce
1 tbsp honey or brown sugar
 salt
Honey BBQ Wings:
1 cup BBQ sauce (I use sugar free)
 ¼ cup honey
 2 tbsp melted butter
2 tsp Sriracha or hot sauce (optional)
1

Remove tips of chicken wings and split at the joint. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with 1 Tablespoon baking powder and a dash of salt and pepper.

2

Preheat the air fryer at 375 degrees F for five minutes. Transfer wings to the air-fryer basket and cook for 25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through (I actually turned over the wings with tongs). Increase the temperature to 420 degrees F or highest setting and bake for another 5 minutes or until the skin is crispy and brown.

3

Remove wings from the air fryer and immediately toss in wing sauce of choice.

To Make Garlic Parmesan Wings:
4

Cook garlic in butter, then turn off the heat and pour into a large mixing bowl. Add the remaining ingredients along with the wings and toss.

To Make Buffalo Wings:
5

Cook butter with garlic for 2 minutes. Turn off heat and pour into a large bowl. Add hot sauce and salt. Stir in wings.

To Make Honey BBQ Wings:
6

Simmer all ingredients in a small pot or pan. Transfer to a bowl and toss in wings.

Notes:
7

Serve with a side of blue cheese or ranch dressing and celery and carrot sticks.

If you don't have a large air fryer, you may have to cook the wings in batches.
