Skip the sputter and spatter! The BEST way I know to cook crispy bacon is in the air fryer. And don't forget the perforated parchment for easy-peasy clean-up!

 5 slices bacon (6 oz regular bacon on 8-12 oz thick-cuut bacon)

Make perforated parchment and place in fryer basket. Place the bacon strips in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cut strips to fit if needed. I just put 3 or 4 strips in mine because that's all ... as a single person ... I want with my morning omelet.

Air fry regular cut bacon at 350 degrees F for 7 to 9 minutes or until bacon is browned and reaches desired crispness (mine took a few minutes more). Air fry thick-cut bacon 10 to 12 minutes.

Transfer bacon to a paper towel-lined plate to serve. If cooking bacon in batches, be sure to discard any oil in the drip pan before repeating the process.
