A Fab 'n Fast Steak (and chicken, pork, or even salmon) Rub done in 5 minutes that makes your meat so mouthwatering you'll come back for more!
Combine all ingredients in a small jar. Shake it thoroughly, YOU'RE DONE!
To cook steak or chicken, generously cover the meat on all sides with the seasoning and let it rest at least 40 minutes. It will also return to room temperature ... which is the best way to cook meat.
Grill over hot coals Alternately you can air fry at 400 degrees F (coat the fryer with oil or non-aerosol cooking spray first). Cook 4-5 minutes for medium rare on either, flip over and cook the same amount of time or 7 for medium, 10 for well-done (but why would you do that?) until done.
I'd use the instant read thermometer toward the end of cooking time so you don't overdo to the desired doneness below.
Rare: 120°–125°
Medium Rare: 130°–135°
Medium: 140°–145°
Medium Well: 150°–155°
Well Done: 160°–165°
Let rest 5 minutes before eating. Enjoy!
