Super-Special-Spectacular Smoothie

Here's a recipe for a truly fast and super smoothie powered-up with gut-healing supplements. Add some fruits, vegetables, and good-fat avocado for a spectacular snack or meal. Slurp it up ... FOR REAL!

SMOOTHIE BASICS:
 1 cup or more almond, coconut or non-dairy milk (or juice or water)
 1 cup or more raw leafy greens (collards, kale, romaine, spring greems, chard, watercress)
 1 banana, frozen (skin, place, in container, freeze)
 1 cup or more raw fruit (berries, apple, melons, cranberry, kiwi, mango, orange, papaya, peach, grapes, etc.)
 2 tbsp or more add-ins (nuts, seeds, nut butters, goji or acai berries, cacao nibs, etc.)
 ¼ to 1/2 avocado
SUPPLEMENT ADD-INS:
 1 tbsp L-Glutamine powder
 1 packet Greens Pak
 1 heaping scoop bone broth or collagen protein

Add all chosen fruit (don't forget the frozen banana) and vegetables (if desired) to blender, Nutribullet, or Ninja (my fave as I've burned out 2 Nutribullets so far).

Add some non-dairy milk of your choice (or water or juice), and Add-Ins if desired. Add supplements and then more milk (Greens Pak doesn't blend well) either to max line of Nutribullet or Ninja or as desired to blender.

Blend until smooth. Stop and scrape down sides if necessary. Pour into container of your choice if using blender. Use a metal straw to slurp up and ENJOY! I like to freeze and pack them (with the straw) for lunch.
